About this Ministry
The Children's Ministries Department seeks to develop the faith of children from birth through age fourteen, guiding them into a loving, serving relationship with Jesus and a lasting commitment to the Seventh-day Adventist Church. Resources are produced regularly to nurture children's spiritual growth, alongside ongoing leadership training that equips children's leaders and teachers to minister effectively to those in their care.
As children grow into adolescence, the department continues to walk alongside them, helping to bridge the gap between childhood faith and mature Christian discipleship. Through age-appropriate programmes, mentorship, and engaging worship experiences, adolescents are encouraged to develop a personal relationship with Christ and to discover their unique gifts for service within the Church.
The department also works closely with parents, teachers, and local church leaders to create safe, nurturing environments where young people feel valued, supported, and spiritually challenged. By investing in the faith formation of the Church's youngest members, Children & Adolescents Ministries lays the foundation for a lifetime of committed discipleship.
