About this Ministry

Adventist Community Services (ACS) is the official humanitarian and community outreach ministry of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, working through local churches to meet the practical needs of the communities they serve. Grounded in the belief that every congregation is called to be a transforming agent in its community, ACS follows Christ's method of ministry — mingling with people, showing genuine sympathy, meeting their needs, and winning their confidence.

ACS addresses the physical, mental, social, and spiritual needs of individuals through practical, compassionate service — including disaster response, food and clothing assistance, emotional and spiritual care, and support for older adults and young people. Through this holistic ministry, dignity and hope are restored, and communities experience the love of Christ in tangible ways.
